Four Eredivisie clubs, including Sparta Rotterdam, Excelsior, and NAC Breda, have inquired about signing Polish striker Oskar Zawada from FC Groningen. The 29-year-old is considering a move to obtain more playing time because he has had a limited role at the club. The interested clubs have asked about a potential transfer, which could involve a loan deal. However, FC Groningen is currently not willing to cooperate with a transfer during the season. Zawada, who has four caps for Poland's U21 team, joined Groningen in July 2025 and is under contract until June 2028. In the current Eredivisie season, he has scored one goal in nine appearances.
