Ondrej Duda Transfer from Hellas Verona to Torino
Tuttomercato reports on Torino's strong interest in acquiring Duda under their new coach Baroni. Torino, with their new coach Baroni who is familiar with Duda, is strongly interested in acquiring him. Torino has offered a three-year contract with an increase in salary compared to Verona's offer.
Ondrej Duda has received offers from two or three clubs, with previous speculation about a Turkish option. However, Torino has now emerged as the leading contender. There is a chance that Duda could take over Karol Linetty's position in Turin. As Duda's contract with Hellas Verona is set to expire on June 30, 2025, he will soon become a free agent and is reportedly seeking a financial package of around two million euros per season. This demand is well beyond the budget of Legia Warsaw and any other club in the Ekstraklasa, making a return to Poland highly unlikely. Consequently, Torino appears to be a feasible destination for the Slovakian midfielder.
