Omar Sijarić, a 23-year-old young representative of Montenegro, has signed with Rijeka from German club Erzgebirge Aue. The signing was completed by Antonini Čulina and Darko Raić-Sudar during the celebration night on May 28, 2025. This move is part of Rijeka's strategy to refresh their squad with new talents, similar to past successful transfers like those of Pašalić and Ivanović. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 300k euros.
