Danish club Midtjylland is one of four European teams closely monitoring Club Sportif Sfaxien's 21-year-old striker, Omar Ben Ali. The other clubs reportedly following the Tunisian U23 international are Standard de Liège, Westerlo, and Cercle Bruges in Belgium. These clubs have expressed interest and are continuing to observe the player before taking further action. An official offer could be made in the coming weeks, and the player's valuation is estimated to be at least 1.2 million euros. CS Sfaxien rejected an offer from Zulte Waregem for the player last winter. Ben Ali has not been capped by the senior Tunisia national team and scored 11 goals and provided 2 assists in 23 league appearances during the 2025/2026 season. He joined CS Sfaxien in July 2023 and has a contract until 2028. His current market value is €750k, according to Transfermarkt.
