It is suggested that a year on loan at a progressing second-tier club would aid the development of 23-year-old Coventry City goalkeeper Oliver Dovin. The Swedish-English national has been injured for a significant period and, by August, will have gone approximately 15 months without playing competitive football. He is considered a future Sweden international who needs to play. Dovin joined Coventry City in July 2024, and his contract is valid until 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €2.50m.
