Sport.ro reports that Ofri Arad is very close to leaving FCSB, and his agent has confirmed that his time at the club is ending.

Ofri Arad, a 27-year-old Israeli-German defensive midfielder, will continue at FCSB. Gigi Becali decided that the player, who was brought from Kairat Almaty, will not be released in the upcoming transfer window. Mihai Stoica stated that the club's management wants to evaluate Ofri Arad during the next regular season due to previous medical issues. Stoica also confirmed that Arad will not be leaving. Arad joined the club in January 2026, has a contract until June 2028, and has been capped 10 times for Israel. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.20m.
