Offers have been submitted by both Zenit and Al-Ittihad for Nuno Tavares, a 25-year-old defender for Lazio. The Italian club is demanding a high sum for a potential transfer of the Portuguese player, because Arsenal from London will receive 35% of a future sale. It is also noted that Tavares would prefer to join Besiktas.
