Belgian forward Norman Bassette, who is currently playing for Coventry City, is reportedly being considered for a transfer by FC Utrecht. The 20-year-old has been part of the Championship side since the summer of 2024, during which he has scored 2 goals in 29 appearances, totalling 1,644 minutes on the field. Coventry City, managed by Frank Lampard, has had a strong start to the season and is eager to keep Bassette, suggesting that there may be efforts to persuade him to remain with the team. His contract with Coventry City is due to end in June 2028, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €2.20 million. In addition to FC Utrecht, both Anderlecht and Standard Liège have shown interest in the forward.
