Jackers realized that a transfer in July was the best option for himself and for his career, but Club did not want to let a solid backup with a contract until 2029 leave for a very low price. According to Het Nieuwsblad on Saturday, Jackers was not allowed to leave last summer and a transfer was not an option for Club. The expectation is that Jackers will seek to leave in January. There may be interest, as Het Laatste Nieuws already wrote in April that various other top-flight clubs see him as a number one.

According to HLN, it is possible that Nordin Jackers may seek a move elsewhere this summer due to a lack of perspective at Club Brugge. There is not yet any specific interest in Nordin Jackers.

Voetbalnieuws.be reports that Nordin Jackers' future is uncertain, that he could leave this summer, and that Club Brugge is searching for a new goalkeeper.

It is possible that Nordin Jackers, a 28-year-old Belgian goalkeeper, will soon look for a new club. A transfer within the Jupiler Pro League is a possibility. Several first division clubs consider Jackers a potential first-choice goalkeeper. Jackers, who joined Club Brugge KV in July 2024, has a contract that runs until 2029. This season, he has made 16 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €1.50m.
