Noah Sonko Sundberg Transfer from Ludogorets to Aris
Sport FM has reported on Noah Sonko Sundberg's acquisition by Aris on a one-year loan from Ludogorets. Aris has announced that they have secured Noah Sonko Sundberg on a one-year loan from Ludogorets, with an option to make the transfer permanent. The 29-year-old central defender previously played for Sivasspor in Turkey on loan and had a successful period with Ludogorets, during which he won the Bulgarian Super Cup and Championship. He has also been representing Gambia at the international level since 2020. Sundberg expressed his excitement about joining Aris, mentioning that he is ready for the new challenge and eager to help the team in achieving its goals.
Aris has agreed with the 29-year-old central defender Noah Sonko Sundberg for a multi-year contract and will pay Ludogorets 800,000 euros for his transfer. Aris had wanted Sundberg since last summer and had agreed with the player, but failed to reach an agreement with the Bulgarian club at that time. This year, circumstances changed, leading to the final agreement with both the player and Ludogorets.
Aris made an effort to buy the rights of the 28-year-old central defender Noah Sonko Sundberg from Ludogorets. Bulgarian media reported and Aris confirmed that their last offer reached 1.5 million euros for the experienced stopper, but it was rejected by Ludogorets despite Sundberg not being in the technical team's plans. The reason was revealed on 8/8 as the 28-year-old central defender was transferred to Sivasspor.
Aris is interested in Noah from Ludogorets, who is currently valued at 2 million euros. Ludogorets might lower the price by the end of August.
Aris expressed interest in Noah Sonko Sundberg. Ludogorets demands a compensation of 1.5 million euros. Aris considered this amount excessive.
