According to Sportbladet's information, Malmö FF have reached an agreement with Brage for the transfer of Noah Åstrand John, and an agreement is also in place with the player. The 23-year-old Swedish left-back is expected to sign for Malmö FF on Friday. The club submitted its first bid on Wednesday, at a time when AIK and several Norwegian clubs had previously been interested in the player. Åstrand John will be bought out of his contract with Brage, which was set to last until 2027. Gasetten was the first to reveal Malmö FF's interest in the player.
