Newcastle United are reportedly interested in signing 24-year-old Austrian defensive midfielder Nicolas Siewald from RB Leipzig. Newcastle have been monitoring the player, and he could cost around €45 million and demand wages of around £100,000 per week. Seiwald joined RB Leipzig in July 2023, has a contract until 2028, and has 46 caps for Austria.
