Everton are reportedly among several Premier League clubs that have made discreet enquiries for Neco Williams. However, CaughtOffside has been informed by sources close to the agents industry that Forest are not looking to sell Williams. Forest are ready to offer Neco Williams improved terms to reward his progress and to counter outside interest. Williams is under contract until 2029, and Forest have confirmed that extension.

It has been reported that Everton are one of several clubs to have made discreet enquiries regarding the availability of 25-year-old Welsh full-back Neco Williams. Manchester United, Newcastle, and Aston Villa are also showing interest. Williams' current club, Nottingham Forest, reportedly do not wish to sell the player and have initiated talks over a new, improved contract to convince him to stay, despite his existing deal having three years remaining. The defender, who has 55 caps and 4 goals for Wales, joined Forest from Liverpool in July 2022 for a fee reported to be €20 million. According to Transfermarkt, he currently has a market valuation of €25 million.
