Nathan Gassama is on the shortlist of Étoile Rouge de Belgrade for the upcoming season. The Serbian club has started efforts to strengthen its defense. Gassama is a 25-year-old Malian and French central defender who is under contract with Baltika until 2028, having joined the club in August 2023. He is considered a strong candidate for Étoile Rouge de Belgrade. The defender has five caps for Mali. According to Transfermarkt, Nathan Gassama's value is estimated at €1.5 million. A transfer to Étoile Rouge could result in a significant profit for Baltika. Baltika does not plan to allow Gassama to leave without a significant fee. If the interest becomes concrete, Gassama could move as soon as the upcoming summer. The Greek clubs AEK Athens and PAOK have also been linked with the player.
