According to the Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadiah, Al-Ahli, a club in the Roshen Professional League, is interested in signing Muteb Al-Mufarrij during the upcoming summer transfer window. Al-Mufarrij is a 29-year-old Saudi Arabian defender for Al-Taawoun and a former Al-Hilal player. The newspaper explained that significant competition for the signing is expected, citing widespread public and media anticipation due to Al-Mufarrij’s outstanding quality and vast experience in defence. Reports state that each club is assessing its financial and technical capabilities to sign the player and is monitoring his performance with Al-Taawoun, where he is a central player in the defence. Mutaib Al-Mufarrij’s contract with Al-Sukari is set to expire next June, allowing him to leave on a free transfer.
