FC Universitatea Cluj has finalized a deal with defensive midfielder Mouhamadou Drammeh. The French player, who developed his skills at Reims, is transferring to 'U' from Sochaux, a club competing in France's third division. Drammeh, aged 26, was born in Paris and started his professional journey with Stade Reims' reserve team, debuting in Ligue 1 during the 2020-2021 season. He subsequently moved to Denmark to join Velje Boldklub, where he played a pivotal role in their return to the top division before going back to France with Sochaux in August 2023. While at Sochaux, he appeared in 24 matches and recorded one assist in the third tier, sharing the field with Issouf Macalou, who is currently with Universitatea.
