According to Digi Sport, there are transfer attempts for Lorenzo Biliboc involving 'U' Cluj and Legia Varșovia. 'U' Cluj made an offer for Biliboc that was lower than Legia Varșovia's. The offer from 'U' Cluj consisted of 500,000 euros and a player in exchange, with CFR Cluj able to choose from a list. CFR Cluj would prefer not to transfer one of its most promising players to their city rival.

Universitatea Cluj has submitted an official offer of 500,000 euros plus bonuses for 19-year-old Romanian-Italian winger Lorenzo Biliboc. The forward is also the subject of interest from a club in Poland. According to Fanatik, their offer could reach 1.2 million euros including bonuses. CFR Cluj has not yet provided a concrete response to either of the proposals. Biliboc joined CFR Cluj in July 2025 and his contract is valid until June 2029.
