KV Mechelen has decided to part ways with Mory Konaté. The 32-year-old Guinean international, a defender/defensive midfielder, will not receive a new contract and will leave KV Mechelen for free in the summer. For Konaté, who joined the club in July 2023, his time at KV Mechelen will end after this season, during which he has made 24 appearances, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the Jupiler Pro League. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €500k.
