Portsmouth are in discussions at an advanced stage to sign Luton Town attacker Millenic Alli on loan for the rest of the season. The 25-year-old is capable of playing as a winger, central striker, or wing-back. Since Jack Wilshere became Luton's manager, Alli has featured four times in the league and has been left out of the last five matchday squads. Wilshere recently stated that Alli needs to play football, and a temporary move to Fratton Park is reportedly nearing completion.
