KRC Genk is in contact with Chelsea to extend the loan of 19-year-old goalkeeper Mike Penders for another year. Penders is open to staying at Genk for another season. Chelsea initially paid 20 million for him last summer.

Mike Penders is currently on loan and may depart on a permanent deal once he returns to Stamford Bridge in July.
