Mika Schroers is on loan at Alemannia Aachen from Arminia Bielefeld, with his deal, like that of fellow loanee Lars Gindorf, set to expire in the summer. Speaking to the "Aachener Zeitung", Alemannia Aachen's sporting director Rachid Azzouzi stated that the club has an option to sign one of the players and intends to activate it. This was in reference to striker Schroers, for whom the club reportedly has a purchase option in the lower six-figure range. Gindorf, meanwhile, is expected to return to his parent club, Hannover 96.
