Mijo Caktaš and Turkish club Kocaelispor mutually terminated the contract.
Mijo Caktaš is reportedly in negotiations with two second-division clubs, Amedspor and Esenler Erokspor, according to Turkish media. Although he has a contract until June 2026, he is likely to leave Kocaelispor.
Mijo Caktaš is on the verge of leaving Turkish club Kocaelispor. He joined the second division leaders last summer but has not met expectations, having played 17 matches with one assist. Coach Ismet Tasdemir, who took charge at the end of last year, has publicly excluded Caktaš from the squad. The club is attempting to terminate his contract, but no agreement has been reached yet. Caktaš is contracted with Kocaelispor until the summer of 2026.
