Elversberg are interested in signing Celtic winger Michel-Ange Balikwisha, with Monza and Basel also having scouted the 25-year-old DR Congo international. The player, who joined Celtic for £5 million less than a year ago, is reportedly not considered by manager Martin O'Neill for the current season. O'Neill confirmed that there has been interest in the winger but stated that at this moment there is nothing Balikwisha would want to pursue. The manager added that he could not promise the player opportunities if a move does not happen.
