Michel-Ange Balikwisha is a 25-year-old DR Congo international. Journalist Sacha Tavolieri reported that the player is poised to depart from Celtic Glasgow, where he is seen as a casualty of Martin O'Neill's tactical system. The winger has not played this season and only made seven Premiership appearances in the previous term. According to Tavolieri, FC Basel, AC Monza, and SV 07 Elversberg have scouted Balikwisha, but the competition for the player is said to remain wide open. Balikwisha joined the Scottish club in August 2025, has a contract that runs until 2030, and a current Transfermarkt market value of €3.00m.
