Krone.at reports that a loan return to the German Bundesliga for Michael Gregoritsch could now be discussed.

Austrian centre-forward Michael Gregoritsch, 31, moved from Freiburg to Bröndby IF this summer. The international, with 72 caps and 23 goals for Austria, has made 10 appearances and scored 2 goals in the Superliga this season for the Danish club, which he joined in August 2025 on a contract until mid-2028. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €3.00m.
