Mexican club Pachuca has proposed a move for 31-year-old Dutch forward Memphis Depay, which includes loaning him to Real Oviedo, a newly promoted La Liga club under the same ownership as Pachuca. Talks have been ongoing for several days between Depay's representatives and Pachuca. Despite these discussions, Depay is said to be happy at Corinthians. However, there is uncertainty about whether the Brazilian club can continue to afford his salary. Depay's contract with Corinthians is set to run until the end of 2026, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €10 million. Besides Pachuca, Turkish club Beşiktaş and Depay's former club PSV have also shown interest in the forward.
