Luton Town manager Jack Wilshere has confirmed he would like to sign Arsenal's 16-year-old winger, Max Dowman, on loan this summer. Wilshere was closely involved with the player's development while managing Arsenal's U18s, where he gave Dowman his debut at the age of 13.
