Matúš Vojtko Transfer from Lechia Gdańsk to Wieczysta Kraków
Slovak defender Matúš Vojtko will not continue his career at Lechia Gdańsk, as he has become a free agent after unilaterally terminating his contract. The contract was originally set to last until June 30, 2028. The 25-year-old joined Lechia in July 2025 and, in his past campaign, played in 32 matches, scored one goal, and provided three assists. Vojtko is expected to join Wieczysta Kraków in the coming days. Maciej Słomiński had reported that the Slovakian had found a new employer before Lechia officially announced his departure. It is also said in Kraków that Vojtko will become a Wieczysta player shortly if nothing unexpected happens. The defender has 15 caps and one goal for the Slovakia U21 national team. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €500k.
