This interest coincides with reports from a number of insiders that Karpaty is preparing to sell their central midfielder Oleg Fedor to Polissia. Karpaty and Atletico Mineiro have collaborated previously; Karpaty signed Bruninho from Atletico Mineiro, initially on loan, before purchasing his contract after a successful season. Izeppe's contract with Atletico Mineiro expires on July 31, 2026, and he has made two appearances in the current Campeonato Mineiro season.
