Germanijak reports that Martin Zlomislić's transfer to Azerbaijani club Qarabag has been completed. The captain and first goalkeeper of Rijeka has signed for Qarabag, a move that has been confirmed by both clubs on social media. Rijeka is expected to receive around 500 thousand euros as a transfer fee for Zlomislić, who was in the last year of his contract. Qarabag considers the goalkeeper a key reinforcement for the upcoming season.

It is highly probable that Martin Zlomislić has played his final match for Rijeka. Sports director Darko Raić Sudar is expected to complete the transfer that will move Zlomislić to the Azerbaijani club Qarabag upon his return from the USA. Information from sources close to the negotiations indicates that Rijeka should receive approximately half a million euros as a transfer fee for Zlomislić.
