Martin Turk Transfer from Ruch Chorzów to Estoril
Martin Turk caught the attention of Estoril during the last Under-21 European Championship, where he played every minute for Slovenia, despite their elimination in the group stage. He has now been officially introduced by Estoril, having signed a contract that will keep him at the club until 2028. Estoril recruited him as a competitor for Joel Robles following the end of Kevin Chamorro's loan, after which Chamorro moved to Rio Ave. Turk was acquired from Ruch Chórzow, where he spent the previous season and the team ended up 10th in Poland's II Liga. Ruch Chórzow had purchased him for 150,000 euros from Parma, Italy, two years earlier. This transfer to Estoril offers a profit margin for the Polish club, although the exact transfer fee remains undisclosed. The negotiation between Estoril and Ruch occurred while Turk still had two years left on his contract with the Polish club.
