Korona Kielce has completed the transfer of 30-year-old Polish centre-forward Mariusz Stępiński from Omonia Nicosia. Coach Jacek Zieliński had hoped to have two new players before the team began preparations for the spring round of the Ekstraklasa, but Stępiński's arrival is the only deal the club has completed so far. Stępiński joined the Cypriot club in January 2024 and has four international caps for Poland. This season, he has made four appearances in the domestic league without scoring. Transfermarkt lists his current market value at €650k.
