According to Mundo Deportivo, interest in Marc Casadó from several clubs is growing, and these clubs include Benfica, Milan, Nottingham Forest, and a club from Turkey.

Benfica could become a serious option for Marc Casado. This connection is strengthening because Benfica may fail to sign Bayern midfielder Joao Palhinha, who could instead join Newcastle, and Casado would be a suitable alternative. Benfica are not hurrying to complete a deal as the Portuguese window remains open until mid-September.

Benfica is a possible future club for Marc Casadó, as Barcelona intends to negotiate the sale of the 22-year-old defensive midfielder. It is reported that Casadó is not in the plans of Barcelona's coach, Hansi Flick, and the club is seeking a fee of over €30 million. Benfica has Casadó as a target but their priority is to sign João Palhinha, and it is also said that Nottingham Forest is interested in the Spanish international.
