Dinamo decided to activate the contract extension clause for the 27-year-old French and Ivorian centre-forward Mamoudou Karamoko. The current agreement expires at the end of this season but includes an option for another year. Andrei Nicolescu confirmed that the club will activate the option. Nicolescu stated that it is an automatic contract extension option, that they can extend for another year, and that they will definitely activate the option. He also stated that Karamoko is an important player whom they need. Karamoko, who joined Dinamo in July 2025, has a current market value of €750k according to Transfermarkt and has been linked with Orenburg. In September 2026, reports cited a club-affiliated figure who suggested an offer of €4-5 million would be difficult for Dinamo to refuse. His last transfer with a fee was a reported €1.5 million move to FC Copenhagen in January 2022.
