Bournemouth are among several Premier League clubs interested in signing Malik Tillman, a 23-year-old attacking midfielder who wants to move to England's top flight due to limited opportunities after less than a season at Bayer Leverkusen. The United States international has the most concrete interest from Fulham and Brentford, who were also interested last summer and are now reportedly prepared to match the fee Leverkusen paid for him. According to an exclusive reveal by TEAMtalk, Bournemouth have also become interested, having monitored the player and made contact about a potential deal. West Ham United have also shown interest, although a move there could be contingent on the club avoiding relegation. It is understood that Leverkusen is willing to sell for an acceptable price, but a €35 million buy-back clause held by his former club Bayern Munich could complicate negotiations and influence the final asking price, which is expected to be €35 million or more. Sources close to Tillman suggest he is excited by the possibility of securing regular first-team football in a competitive environment. Tillman joined Bayer Leverkusen in July 2025 on a contract to 2030 and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €30.00m. Recent April 2026 reports have linked the player with a potential £60 million deal, while other sources suggest an offer of around €45 million could be sufficient, with Leverkusen having signed him for a reported €35 million.
