Brann is reportedly interested in AaB's Danish midfielder, Mads Bomholt, and faces competition from Rosenborg. According to Adresseavisen, Rosenborg previously had a strong interest in the player. Rosenborg has contacted AaB about a possible transfer and is now considered to be in the leading position to sign the 20-year-old. AaB might sell Bomholt in the current transfer window and is reportedly seeking a fee in the tens of millions. The club hopes to receive around €2 million, which is about 14.9 million Danish kroner, for the midfielder, whose contract runs until the summer of 2028. Bomholt, who joined Aalborg in July 2024, has scored two goals and provided three assists in 18 league appearances this season. The Denmark U20 international has two caps. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.20m.
