Lukas Petkov has completed a permanent transfer to Bundesliga 2 side SV Elversberg, signing a three-year contract. The midfielder, who joined Augsburg's academy in 2008 from SV Mering, made his Bundesliga debut in the 2020/21 season and spent the last season on loan at SpVgg Greuther Fürth. Both clubs have agreed to keep the contract details confidential.
