Luis Ibáñez Transfer from Sesvete to Hrvatski Dragovoljac
According to Sportske Novosti, Luis Ibanez's contract with Sesvete was terminated after two months, and he has since joined Hrvatski dragovoljac. Ibanez stated that although he signed a contract with Sesvete, it was terminated in a manner chosen by the club. He is dissatisfied with the way the contract was terminated and said that the matter will go to court. Ibanez said he could not play in Prva NL this season because he had already played, and that an agreement was quickly reached for him to join Dragovoljac after a call from Darko Brnas. Ibanez also mentioned that he did not consider other options as they were further from Zagreb.
Luis Ibanez, a 37-year-old full-back and former player for Dinamo and Crvena zvezda, will continue his career at Hrvatski dragovoljac, which is currently the last-placed team in the third tier of Croatian football. The Argentinian recently parted ways with Sesvete after spending only two months there and playing just 11 minutes. Ibanez revealed that he was dismissed from Sesvete via a message, a situation he described as somewhat amusing. He explained that he is going to Hrvatski dragovoljac because he knows people who have joined the club, adding that he is now back home in Zagreb.
