Football Insider reports that Chelsea believe they might be able to persuade Bergvall to move this summer due to Tottenham's current struggles.

According to The Athletic, Tottenham Hotspur has made Lucas Bergvall unavailable for a transfer in the summer, despite several inquiries. Chelsea is among the clubs interested in the 20-year-old. Bergvall is receiving little playing time at Spurs in the current season.
