Lovro Zvonarek is one of two young players on loan at Grasshoppers from Bayern Munich, along with Jonathan Asp Jensen. This close relationship is underpinned by a joint venture named "Red & Gold" between Bayern and Grasshoppers' majority shareholder, Los Angeles FC, which aims to develop young talent. Sutter also stated that Bayern's loan player supervisor, Richard Kitzbichler, provides exemplary care for the players at the Swiss club, where Zvonarek has been a regular starter in midfield since the season began.
