The Cypriot club Omonia officially announced the acquisition of Hungarian national team defender Loic Nego.

L'Équipe reports that Loïc Nego will leave Le Havre to join Omonia Nicosie. Nego's contract with Le Havre was automatically extended by one year after he played the required number of matches to trigger a clause. Omonia Nicosie are the Cypriot champions. According to the L'Équipe report, the Hungarian international will sign with Omonia, who will participate in the second qualifying round of the Champions League.
