Lionel Messi Transfer from Inter Miami to Al Ahli

Lionel Messi has been in direct talks with Abdullah Hamad, the director of the Saudi Pro League, about a potential move. Al-Ahli has started discussions with Lionel Messi's entourage and appears ready to use significant financial resources to convince him to join. This comes as Messi's contract with Inter Miami is set to expire in December. The interest from Al-Ahli is reported by L'Equipe.

Saudi Arabia has made a huge proposal to Lionel Messi to join the Saudi Pro League. Messi has received an important offer that would make him the highest paid player in the world. Talks have taken place between Saudi Pro League officials and Jorge Messi, his father. A signing bonus of 300 million euros is reportedly offered. If an agreement is reached, Al-Ahli is one of the clubs that could acquire Messi.

Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund are once again attempting to lure Lionel Messi to the Middle East and have opened talks with his representatives over a potential move from Inter Miami. It's not yet known which of PIF’s four clubs—Al Ahli, Al Hilal, Al Ittihad and Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr— he would be lined up to join.
