Figueirense has signed the 25-year-old defender on a loan from Capivariano that will run until the end of the 2026 season. The player is joining to strengthen the squad for the Série C of the Brazilian Championship, and his signing occurs amid the possibility of departures in the defensive sector, positioning him as a replacement for the remainder of the season. Leonan was part of the Capivariano team that reached the quarterfinals of the Campeonato Paulista and was developed in the youth academies of Vasco and Desportivo Brasil. He is awaiting the publication of his name in the CBF's Daily Information Bulletin (BID) before he can be officially registered to play. Leonan joined Capivariano in January 2023, and his contract with that club also expires at the end of 2026.
