According to TEAMtalk, representatives for Leon Goretzka have held discussions with more than six Premier League clubs to create a market for the Bayern Munich midfielder before a potential summer move. Within the last six weeks, Goretzka's representatives have contacted Newcastle United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Tottenham, and several of these clubs have responded positively. Arsenal reportedly made an enquiry to Bayern on deadline day regarding the availability of the 31-year-old German international. European clubs outside of England, including AC Milan, Marseille, and Atletico Madrid, are also observing the situation. Sources indicate that at least two Saudi Pro League clubs have shown initial interest. Bayern has confirmed that Goretzka, who joined the club in July 2018 and has a contract until June 2026, will be leaving the club. The midfielder has 67 caps and 15 goals for Germany and has scored once in 18 Bundesliga appearances this season. In January 2026, Bayern's asking price was reportedly around €20 million, while offers from Atlético Madrid were said to be in the €2-5 million range.
