Pete O’Rourke reports that former Tottenham youngster Leo Black is set to join Chelsea. Black, an English defensive midfielder, departed Spurs earlier in the summer. The 20-year-old had also attracted interest from Sheffield United and the Portuguese club Académico FC, and has decided to move to Chelsea on a two-year contract. Black has been capped nine times for the England U19 team and has scored one goal.
