Servette announced the contract extension with goalkeeper Léo Besson. The 23-year-old Kosovar-Swiss goalkeeper has signed a new contract valid until 2029. Besson was trained at Servette and spent the past season on loan at Stade-Lausanne-Ouchy. In the summer, the goalkeeper returned to Geneva and has made two Super League appearances this season. He has been sidelined with an injury for some time. Besson has 8 caps for the Kosovo U21 team. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €150k.
