The 22-year-old Belgian striker has drawn interest after a strong season with Patro Eisden, which he joined in July 2025, where he scored 17 goals and provided one assist in 31 league appearances. Patro Eisden's CEO, Wouter Corstjens, has indicated that he anticipates Rousseau will be difficult to retain and that the club will not prevent a transfer if a suitable offer is made.
