According to Sportal.bg, Kristian Dimitrov and Levski have signed a new contract which is valid until the summer of 2028 and contains improved terms for the player.

According to Sportal.bg, Kristian Dimitrov is currently hesitant to sign a new contract and is threatened with sanctions, which are removal from the first team and training with the second team.

Sportal.bg reports on Levski's intention to negotiate with Kristian Dimitrov as his contract nears expiration. Levski will start negotiations with the 28-year-old Bulgarian central defender Kristian Dimitrov because his contract expires next summer. The club wants to keep him and will sit at the table for discussions. In October 2023, he renewed his contract until the end of the current season. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €2.00m.
