Sportal.bg reports that Konstantinos Baloyannis has not yet accepted the offer from Iliyan Filipov for a new contract. The businessman has already announced that he wants the Greek defender to stay in the team, but it remains unknown whether this is the player's own desire.

Iliyan Filipov announced that Botev Plovdiv has offered a new two-year contract to 27-year-old Greek left-back Konstantinos Baloyannis. Filipov expressed hope that Baloyannis will consider the offer and remain part of Botev for at least another 2 years. Baloyannis joined the club in July 2023 and has played in 9 matches for the Greece U21 national team. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €800k.
