According to Laola1.at, Konstantin Schopp will remain at TSV Hartberg for another season. TSV Hartberg announced that the defender will again be loaned from FSV Mainz 05 for an entire season. The 20-year-old, who previously played for Hartberg in the spring, will be coached by his father and new head coach Markus Schopp. Konstantin Schopp stated that he views the renewed loan as an opportunity to gain further experience in the Bundesliga and that he finds the environment at Hartberg to be very good.

Hartberg's boss, Erich Korherr, stated that the club would like to arrange a longer-term loan for Konstantin Schopp. However, Korherr explained that this depends on whether Schopp's parent club, Mainz, remains in their current division. He suggested that if Mainz were to be relegated to the second division, they would likely recall the player to play for them there.
